Creating confidence through hair, nails, and a relaxing, luxury experience BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY To ensure the best experience for all clients and to respect my time as well as yours, please review the following policies before booking: Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This amount will go toward your service total. Cancellations & Rescheduling I require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. No-Shows Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 100% of the service total and may be required to prepay for future appointments. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, I may need to modify or reschedule your service. Late arrivals may still be charged for the full appointment. New Clients New clients may be required to pay a deposit or prepay when booking. Additional Guests To maintain a relaxing environment, no extra guests are allowed unless previously approved. Service Adjustments All services are customized. Pricing may vary based on hair length, density, and desired results. By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies.
